Theodore currently holds the position of Assistant Chief - Electronic Services.

Ted started his employment in 1988, under then Director Rosemary Culley. Since his date of hire, Ted has obtained his FCC licenses, for General Radio Operator, and holds an Extra Class Amateur License. Is a Member of APCO, and holds certification as a Public Safety Electronics Technician. Most recently has obtained certification as an EDACS Master Technician.
