The Staff at Wal Mart is participating in Community Emergency Response Training at Cecil County DES. The participants will learn how to sustain themselves in their home or workplace for up to 72 hours post disaster, conduct basic medical treatment, operate a fire extinguisher, and undergo training on disaster psychology and terrorism.
